Hip Hop (Age 5-8)
Hip-hop refers to a street dance style primarily performed to Hip-Hop music. It includes a wide range of styles that comprise of primarily breaking, locking, and popping and was made popular by dance crews in the United States.
Hip Hop is primarily popular with teenagers due to the influence the music channels have on them. Today’s youth are largely fascinated by the Hip Hop style of dancing since it includes an extensive range of brisk moves. The energy that the dance form brings allows them to express themselves freely. The student of Hip Hop does not only learn the dance form but also get his/her muscles toned. It naturally helps their body to move with ease. This sort of dancing helps one maintain the innate elasticity of the body, re-affirming the enormous benefits it offers.
